Hailing from a remote corner of the world, where opportunities were as scarce as rain in the desert, I learned early on that education was my golden ticket. With only my unwavering determination as my compass, I embarked on a solitary quest for knowledge.

Despite the odds stacked against me, I emerged victorious, clinching the prestigious gold medal in my undergraduate studies. This triumph opened the doors to the corporate world, leading me to the doorstep of DXC Technology as a Salesforce developer.

In the bustling halls of DXC, I found my calling. In just a year, I ascended the ranks, from a newbie developer to a seasoned professional, basking in the glory of promotions and accolades. As I took the helm of projects and mentored budding talents, I couldn't help but feel a nostalgic tug at my heartstrings, as if my childhood dreams were unfolding before my very eyes.

But the hunger for knowledge never waned. Fuelled by an insatiable thirst for growth, I set my sights on the next milestone: a master's degree at Cleveland State University. MapR Data Migration Project

I was entrusted with significant responsibility for the successful execution of the MapR Data Migration project. Leveraging my Salesforce development skills, I played a key role in facilitating the seamless transfer of critical data within the MapR platform. This project not only showcased my ability to deliver results beyond my level of experience but also demonstrated my commitment to excellence and dedication to the team's success. As recognition for my contributions, I was honored with an award, underscoring my potential to thrive in challenging environments.

HP Aruba

As a developer on the HP Aruba project, I played a pivotal role in enhancing customer service capabilities through the development of Articles and Entitlements functionalities within Salesforce. For Articles, I implemented a robust knowledge base system, designing custom solutions for efficient organization and retrieval of articles to empower support agents. Additionally, I led the development efforts for configuring entitlement processes tailored to HP Aruba's service level agreements and customer entitlements within the Entitlements module. Through meticulous customization and coding, I facilitated accurate entitlement tracking and automated routing of cases, resulting in improved response times and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Global Service Delivery 2

Within the Global Service Delivery 2 project, I demonstrated my proficiency in Salesforce development through the implementation of sophisticated Einstein Analytics dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into service performance metrics. Leveraging Salesforce Communities, I designed and developed custom-branded portals for customers and partners, enabling self-service capabilities and improving collaboration across the service ecosystem. Additionally, I integrated Salesforce with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using Salesforce Connect and custom REST integrations, enabling seamless data synchronization and enhancing decision-making processes. Through my expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling, I optimized service delivery workflows and data structures to support the organization's global expansion initiatives

Global Service Delivery 1

In the Global Service Delivery 1 project, I demonstrated my expertise in Salesforce development by leading the implementation of custom Lightning web components and Apex triggers to automate critical service delivery processes. Leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, I configured advanced case assignment rules and escalation workflows tailored to the unique needs of global service teams. Additionally, I integrated Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to streamline data exchange and ensure seamless information flow. Through my proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Visualforce pages, and SOQL queries, I optimized user interfaces and data retrieval mechanisms, enhancing user productivity and data accuracy.

GSD Case Console

In the GSD Case Console project, I implemented custom Apex triggers to automate case management processes and developed Lightning web components (LWC) to enhance user interface and workflows. I also optimized Visualforce pages and successfully migrated legacy functionalities from Classic to Lightning, showcasing my proficiency in Apex triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.

HP Aruba Classic to Lightning

For the HP Aruba Classic to Lightning project, I led the migration effort from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. I redesigned Visualforce pages to Lightning web components (LWC) and implemented custom Apex triggers and classes. Through meticulous testing and validation, I ensured a seamless transition, highlighting my expertise in Lightning development and data migration from Classic to Lightning.

Education

As I near the culmination of my Master's in Software Engineering at Cleveland State University, I've immersed myself in diverse projects centered around Python, AWS, and Java. These endeavors have not only sharpened my technical prowess but also cultivated my aptitude for effective project management. With graduation slated for May 2024, I am eager to showcase my skills and contribute to innovative solutions within the software engineering domain.
